These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CryptoNest. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use CryptoNest.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@cryptonest.life of any unauthorized access.
3. Service description
CryptoNest is a portfolio tracking and information tool. We provide market data, watchlists and tools to monitor blockchain addresses you choose to add. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser.
4. No financial advice
Nothing on the service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Crypto assets are volatile and may lose value. Always do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making decisions.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) misuse the service or interfere with its operation; (b) attempt to access other users' data; (c) scrape, mirror or resell content at scale; (d) use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity; or (e) reverse-engineer the service except as permitted by law.
6. Third-party content
Market prices and on-chain data are provided by third parties and may be inaccurate, delayed or incomplete. We are not responsible for third-party content.
7. Intellectual property
CryptoNest, its name, logo, software and content are owned by CryptoNest or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal purposes.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the service or other users. You may close your account at any time from Settings.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryptoNest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for losses arising from market movements, third-party failures, or your use or inability to use the service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which CryptoNest is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
